How do I make an invoice?
Type your name in From and your client in Bill to. Add a line for each job with its price. Press Make my invoice, then Download.
Is it really free?
Yes, for 1 invoice a month. The free invoice has a small tools.ltd mark on it. Pro removes it and lets you add your logo.
Do you see my invoice?
No. The PDF is made inside this browser tab. We only get a count, so we can count your free invoices.
Can I add tax or a due date?
Yes. Open More options to set a tax percent, the invoice number, the date, the due date, and a note like how to pay you.
Will it remember me next time?
Yes. Your From details and the next invoice number are kept in this browser only. Clear your browser data to forget them.
What can't it do?
It doesn't send the invoice or take payments for you. Download the PDF and email it to your client. Amounts are in US dollars.
