Refunds
Effective October 10, 2026.
Email support@tools.ltd about a charge. We refund a charge when the paid download or check failed because of a problem on our side, and when the law requires a refund. We do not refund a file you already downloaded just because you changed your mind. We do not refund because a store or accounting app rejected a file. The product pages already say we do not promise that acceptance.
If you are in the UK or the EEA and the law there gives you a cooling-off right that we have not asked you to waive, email us within 14 days of the charge. We will refund a purchase you have not used.
Sheetsnap
Sheetsnap pricing. Pro is $9/month, a monthly subscription. It is not a one-time purchase.
Cancel anytime: press Manage or cancel on the tool page, or go to tools.ltd/pro/manage. Cancelling stops the next month's charge. The period you already paid for runs to its end. We do not automatically refund that current period. Email us if you were charged and the site could not provide the service.
MyBankToExcel
Monthly subscription
Bookkeeper is $19/month, a monthly plan. Firm is $29/month, a monthly plan that adds sorting by client. You can switch between Bookkeeper and Firm with Manage or cancel. Moving up to Firm charges the difference for the rest of the current month right away. Moving down to Bookkeeper starts at your next renewal, and the current month is not refunded. Cancel in one click: press Manage or cancel on the MyBankToExcel page, or go to tools.ltd/pro/manage. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Downloads work while Stripe reports the subscription as active or trialing. We do not automatically refund the current period.
If Stripe records a refund or a dispute, the code marks that subscription revoked and downloads stop.
10-statement pack
The pack is $9 for 10 statements. It is a one-time purchase. It does not renew. CSV, OFX, and QBO of the same statement use one credit.
If you have not used a credit, email support@tools.ltd and we will refund the pack. If you have used a credit, we do not refund the unused remainder, except where the law requires it. A refund or a dispute sets the remaining credits to zero. You cannot keep using a pack after it is refunded.
Ebook Medic
Ebook Medic pricing. Single is $6 for one EPUB. The 5-pack is $19 for five EPUBs. Both are one-time purchases. Nothing renews. There is no subscription and no billing portal.
If you have not downloaded a fixed file from that payment, email support@tools.ltd and we will refund it. If you have downloaded a file, we do not refund that payment, except where the law requires it. We do not refund because a store rejected the EPUB. The code does not automatically revoke an Ebook Medic download when Stripe refunds a charge, so email us before opening a dispute and we will handle the refund.
TrueRedact
TrueRedact pricing. Pro is $9/month, a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime: press Manage or cancel on the tool page, or go to tools.ltd/pro/manage. Cancelling stops the next month's charge. The period you already paid for runs to its end. If you paid and the tool could not redact your file, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Because redaction runs on your device, we cannot see your file, so tell us what went wrong.
PageKit

The period you already paid for runs to its end. If you paid and the tool could not handle your file, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Because PageKit runs on your device, we cannot see your file, so tell us what went wrong.
Plain Invoice

How to ask
Email support@tools.ltd from the address on the Stripe receipt if you have it. Include the tool name and the Checkout session id if you have it. We will reply and, when a refund is due, issue it through Stripe.
