PDF to QBO for QuickBooks
We check your balances add up before you download, so your spreadsheet matches your bank. Turn your bank statement PDF into a QBO file. QuickBooks imports it like a file from your bank. We also make the CSV file QuickBooks Online asks for.
- Add the PDF statement from your bank's website.
- Check the rows and the balance check. Both are free.
- Open More options, pick QuickBooks (QBO), and press Download.
QBO or CSV, you pick

Many months at once
Pick several statements. You get one zip file with a QBO for each.
Questions
How do I import a QBO file into QuickBooks Online?
Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions, then Upload transactions. Pick the QBO file and the account.
How does the balance check work?
If your statement shows a balance on each line, we take the start balance, add the money in, and take away the money out. That should equal the last balance on your statement. If it doesn't, we warn you above the Download button. If your statement has no balance on each line, we can't check it, and we tell you so. The check covers the whole statement, not each page.
Does it work for Xero too?
Yes. Pick Xero (CSV) under More options. In Xero, pick the date format MM/DD/YYYY.
What does it cost?
The first 5 rows are free. Then $9 once for 10 statements, or Bookkeeper at $19 a month. Cancel in one click.
